Double Effect Steam

Double effect steam with 190 mm heating plate, double heating tube spiral distribution, high temperature polymerisation heating and expanded heating area to improve heating efficiency. The contact area of the heating plate with water is about twice that of previous generation.

Large Capacity

The 42 litre large capacity design, four layers with reasonable spacing and side mounted water tank, allows cooking more than one dish at a time to meet your cooking needs. It improves cooking efficiency, saving manpower and energy consumption. Even when steaming a slender long fish or a huge disk of chicken, no need cut it up and separate it apart, thus keeping the ingredients intact.

Easy Cleaning

The bottom flat design is easy to clean. The heating plate surface is coated with easy to clean ceramic film, which makes it easy for any dirt to fall off. The inner tank bottom is designed for water conductivity and equipped with a high efficiency heat collecting plate to reduce the water accumulated in the cavity.

Auxiliary Heating Film

The top heating film effectively prevents steam condensation. Without condensation, the steamed dishes no longer look "watery", thus protecting the soft shape of steamed pastry and dim sum.

Precise Temperature Control
